Put the app on your Home Screen

In Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. The app then opens full screen and still shows your bookings without internet.

Team members

Admin: everything, plus adding people and backups. Admins are also WordPress administrators.
Team: adds and changes bookings and invoices.
Guide: sees bookings, dates, hotels and itineraries. No prices, no invoices, can't change anything.
